I’ve been using kingsford for years, but the price has gotten ridiculous. It feels like every time I go to buy a bag, it’s smaller, costs more, and I have to spend extra time comparing prices just to not feel ripped off. The charcoal burns fine, sure, but it’s not so amazing that it justifies paying that much or making the whole shopping trip more of a chore. I can get cheaper charcoal that does basically the same thing without all the effort. Hard to feel good about buying it anymore.

I’ll be honest, this charcoal does the job well and burns nicely. But wow, the ash can be a little dramatic sometimes. One minute everything’s going smoothly, and the next I’m staring at a small ash-covered aftermath like I just hosted a backyard barbecue battle. Still good charcoal overall, just expect a bit of cleanup.

I wasn’t totally sure how well this bag would hold up, especially since I’ve been tossing it around in my trunk, but it actually did great. No rips or anything so far

I was a little nervous I’d end up getting fooled with an old or bad bag, but this charcoal smelled fresh right away and burned just like it should. No complaints from me.

It lights up well most of the time, but every now and then I have to add a bit more starter and wait longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying when I’m already trying to get things going. Kind of like waiting for coffee to brew when you’re half awake, not the end of the world, but you definitely notice it

I was a bit worried I’d get fooled by some cheap charcoal that looks fine but burns weird, but this one turned out decent. It lights easily and cooked my food just fine. The only thing I noticed is the fumes smell strong at first, which made me second-guess it for a minute, but after a few minutes the odor settles down and it’s okay.

I ordered from kingsford.com and was surprised by how quick the shipping was. The box got here in just a couple days and everything was in good shape. I’ll say, if it had taken forever I probably would’ve thought twice about ordering directly from them again, but this was smooth and fast, so I’m happy.

My order showed up on time, which was good, but one of the items wasn’t the one I actually picked. Not the end of the world or anything, just a little annoying. Customer service fixed it quickly, so that was fine, but I do kind of expect the order to be right the first time.

The charcoal itself was fine, so I’ll give it that, but the way it showed up was frustrating. The bag was ripped, the box was completely crushed, and there was charcoal dust all over my porch. It felt like my order was just tossed around and nobody really cared how it arrived. Delivery definitely needs to handle these better

I’m completely convinced this burns evenly from start to finish. No random dips, no weird temperature drops, just steady heat the whole time. It’s exactly what I hoped it would be...

It wasn’t bad or anything, just a bit too mild for me. Like, you can tell there’s some smoke flavor in there, but it doesn’t really hit much. Kinda felt like it needed a little more punch.

I was just trying to find some basic product info, nothing complicated, and the whole site felt like it was fighting me the entire time. Pages were loading slowly, things kept shifting around while I was trying to tap, and then the menus on mobile were kind of all over the place. I kept thinking, okay maybe I’m just missing it, but after a few minutes I got tired of dealing with it and gave up. Not a great experience

This charcoal burned really hot and worked great for grilling!!! The only downside was the bag had a decent amount of dust in it, but overall I’d still use it again!!!

I ordered charcoal from kingsford.com and, the bag showed up looking really good. No tears, no charcoal dust dumped all over the box, and it didn’t look like it had been thrown around. It’s kind of boring to say because it’s just a bag of charcoal, but at the same time I was happy about it since I’ve had plenty of deliveries show up beat up before. Nothing fancy, but it did exactly what I needed.

Used this Kingsford charcoal for a little backyard cookout and yeah, it did good. I had burgers, corn, and some chicken going, and it lasted longer than I figured it would without me having to keep dumping more in.
Only reason I’d call it 4 stars is it was a little slow to get started. But once it got hot, it held a steady burn and got the job done just fine.

Every time I go to buy it lately, it’s out of stock. I don’t know for sure, but it almost feels like they’re barely restocking it or people are grabbing it the second it hits the shelf. Either way, it’s frustrating
